Seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for a platform empowering in-game creators and gamers. You will own end-to-end design for developer tools, client applications, and an app store, driving strategy and mentoring designers.

- Own the full design process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences.
- Lead key design initiatives across platform products and contribute to platform-level design strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and design leadership to define and execute the product vision.
- Drive strategic thinking through participation in product vision, discovery, and planning sessions.
- Balance deep product design work with fast-paced concepting when needed.
- Develop and evolve the Design System to maintain quality and consistency across products.
- Mentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and supporting design excellence.
דרישות
- 6+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of complex projects and some leadership experience.
- Experience designing for developer-facing or technical platforms, simplifying complex concepts into intuitive experiences.
- Ability to switch between deep product work and fast-paced concepting.
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
- A gamer at heart with a strong understanding of the mindset, needs, and habits of the gaming audience.
- BA in Visual Communication or a related field.
