A growing travel technology company is seeking its first in-house Senior Product Designer to own product design across a B2B platform, mobile app, website, and design system. The role requires high autonomy and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

- Own end-to-end product design from discovery and user flows through polished interfaces, developer handoff, and design reviews.
- Design clear B2B experiences for dashboards, onboarding, forms, permissions, and operational workflows.
- Define and design a mobile application from its early stages.
- Create and scale reusable design system components and principles.
- Translate business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into practical product solutions.
- Conduct user conversations, test concepts, analyze feedback, and continuously improve experiences.
- Design landing pages, website experiences, and selected marketing assets.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of digital product design experience, ideally with SaaS, B2B platforms, or complex systems.
- Strong product thinking and ability to define problems before developing solutions.
- Excellent UX and UI design skills, including simplifying complex workflows.
- Ability to own projects from early concepts through implementation with minimal oversight.
- Advanced Figma skills, including components, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating challenges, process, decisions, and outcomes.
- Effective collaboration with product managers, engineers, leadership, and other stakeholders.
