Lead and develop a team of UX designers while remaining hands-on with strategic product initiatives for engaging mobile gaming experiences. Partner with product, game design, UI, and development teams to improve user experience, design quality, and workflow efficiency.

- Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of a UX design team
- Translate business goals, monetization strategies, and product roadmaps into scalable user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers, game designers, UI designers, and developers on UX direction
- Discover, adopt, and establish best practices for AI-enabled UX workflows
- Oversee the evolution, maintenance, and scaling of the cross-platform design system
- Lead user research through player interviews, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis
- Establish UX processes and quality standards for wireframes, user flows, and visual prototypes
דרישות
- At least 5 years of professional UX design experience, including work on mobile applications
- At least 2 years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring UI/UX designers
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into UX workflows and promoting AI-driven methods
- Experience building, scaling, and managing design systems in a mobile product environment
- Advanced proficiency with modern UI/UX design tools such as Figma
- Strong prototyping and rapid sketching skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and visual storytelling skills
