A multidisciplinary retail design studio is seeking a full-time Industrial Designer for an on-site role in Hod HaSharon. The position focuses on developing concepts and detailed design solutions for stores, supermarkets, commercial spaces, displays, and furniture.

- Develop creative design concepts for stores, supermarkets, commercial complexes, and display installations.
- Design detailed display systems, décor, furniture, and other retail-space elements.
- Research, prototype, and develop products and visual solutions for retail environments.
- Collaborate with planners, graphic designers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Deliver design outcomes aligned with client specifications and project requirements.
- Support design quality, manufacturing feasibility, and innovative shopping experiences.
דרישות
- At least three years of relevant experience in industrial design, commercial interiors, retail, exhibitions, set design, or furniture design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Product, or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Technical background and familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max or comparable design and visualization software.
- Experience with prototyping and product development methodologies.
- Knowledge of design thinking, marketing, and brand implementation.
- Practical expertise with generative AI tools for design, such as Midjourney or Magnific.
- Creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, self-directed learning, and a collaborative approach.
