- At least 4 years of experience leading a design team
- Experience building and scaling a full design department
- Proven ability to own UX for a complex, multi-product platform
- Significant experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale
- Successful transformation of technical, complex products into intuitive user experiences
- Ability to advocate for design-led thinking with executive stakeholders
- Experience mentoring designers and supporting career growth
