A SaaS company is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to lead brand, performance, and web design across marketing campaigns and digital channels. The role reports to the Director of Brand and partners with creative, product marketing, and growth teams.

- Create branded content, social media assets, internal materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain and develop brand consistency across marketing materials and channels.
- Design high-performing sponsored advertising and lead-generation assets focused on conversion.
- Art direct video advertisements from concept through final cut.
- Design campaign webpages and other digital assets supporting conversion goals.
- Use feedback and performance data to iterate and improve designs.
- Collaborate with product marketing and growth teams to deliver campaigns and web experiences.

- At least 6 years of experience in marketing and web design, including substantial experience at a SaaS product company.
- Strong conceptual design skills and a portfolio demonstrating excellent web design, typography, and attention to detail.
- Expertise with Figma, Adobe tools, and AI image and video generation tools.
- Ability to lead projects from concept through final execution and work independently while collaborating effectively.
- Ability to adapt across audiences, formats, projects, and performance goals.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, flexibility, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
