- Create illustrations, graphics, patterns, and other visual assets for licensing and consumer products.
- Develop and maintain creative guidelines for licensees, manufacturers, and external partners.
- Translate the brand’s visual language into consistent guidelines for multiple product categories.
- Define the use of characters, colors, environments, typography, graphics, patterns, and other brand elements.
- Adapt existing game assets and artwork for physical products and consumer-facing applications.
- Create style guidelines for licensing collections and product requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Development on new product lines, collections, and concepts.
- Review partner-created artwork and products against visual standards.
- Expand and evolve the creative toolkit as the brand and licensing activity grow.

- Strong professional background in illustration, visual design, graphic design, or art direction.
- Degree or relevant studies in graphic design, art, visual communication, or a related creative field.
- Excellent illustration and design skills.
- Experience creating artwork and visual assets for brands, products, or commercial applications.
- Experience developing brand guidelines, style guides, toolkits, or creative systems.
- Strong understanding of composition, color, character design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to adapt an existing intellectual property while maintaining its visual identity.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear visual feedback.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent English.
