Senior Product Analyst (Customer Experience)

Own product metrics and use quantitative analysis and experimentation to guide product decisions and identify growth opportunities. Fully remote, full-time role based in Israel.

- Own and evolve the product metrics framework, including consistent definitions linked to the north-star metric.
- Validate dashboards and metrics, and specify reporting needs for Data Engineering.
- Investigate performance changes, anomalies, bottlenecks, conversion drop-offs, and customer segments.
- Analyze product hypotheses and help teams prioritize opportunities by potential impact.
- Design and analyze experiments, including sample sizing, minimum detectable effects, duration, randomization, and validation.
- Define experiment tracking and instrumentation requirements; check data quality and test integrity.
- Maintain an experiment archive and provide clear recommendations for product decisions.

- Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability, with applied analytical experience.
- Advanced data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization skills; hands-on experience with MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Practical experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests, including statistical evaluation.
- Understanding of product and marketing metrics and their use in performance evaluation and decision-making.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive approach to data quality and metric reliability.
