- Define and maintain product analytics events and tracking specifications.
- Ensure accurate instrumentation and reliable user behavior tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker.
- Explore large datasets with SQL to identify patterns and drivers.
- Maintain consistent product metrics across dashboards and reporting tools.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in digital/mobile.
- Strong SQL, Tableau, and Looker (or similar BI tools) skills.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Experience defining product tracking events and analytics instrumentation.
- Solid understanding of product KPIs (activation, retention, engagement, funnels).
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about user behavior.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for workflow automation and productivity.
- Proactive, fast learner, capable of independent project leadership.
