Lead the Product Analytics domain for digital products, manage an analytics team, and turn user and product data into actionable business insights. This full-time role is based in Rishon LeZion, Israel, with a hybrid schedule and one work-from-home day per week.

- Lead the Product Analytics domain for digital products and manage a team of analysts
- Define success metrics, KPIs, tracking methodologies, and measurement frameworks
- Analyze user behavior across web and mobile platforms
- Translate data into actionable product and business insights
- Partner with Product, R&D, BI, and business stakeholders on data-driven decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance, customer journeys, and user experience
- Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and promote a data-driven culture
- Support innovative data initiatives, including AI-based solutions and AI agents
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics in a digital environment
- At least 2 years of professional experience managing analysts or leading analytics teams
- Strong hands-on SQL experience and significant experience with Google BigQuery
- Experience analyzing web or mobile products and user journeys
- Experience defining tracking events, KPIs, and product measurement frameworks
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Looker Studio
- Ability to lead cross-organizational processes and influence stakeholders through data
