- Analyze customer behavior across loyalty clubs and products
- Process data from diverse internal systems and derive actionable business insights
- Build and analyze online-to-offline marketing campaigns
- Create recurring reports and detailed data analyses
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across analytical and digital platforms
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and working with large databases
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Unica or another campaign management platform for acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries

- Experience with campaign management platforms
- Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably financial institutions
