- Partner with product, design, and leadership teams on strategic decisions
- Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for features, user experiences, and business decisions
- Develop hypotheses, test them, and build frameworks for understanding game economy and player incentives
- Conduct deep research into complex business questions
- Produce rigorous analyses and compelling narratives to guide the strategic roadmap
דרישות
- Strong first-principles problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Curiosity about human behavior and player incentives
- Ability to form data-informed opinions and respond to new evidence
- Ability to explain complex statistical models through clear, persuasive narratives, including to executive audiences
- Resourcefulness and comfort working through ambiguity
יתרון
- Experience with experimental design and A/B testing
- Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets
- Python experience for data analysis
- Familiarity with user analytics or data visualization tools such as Looker
