A defense technology organization is seeking a senior performance researcher and algorithm specialist to analyze complex radar systems, develop analysis and simulation tools, and support field experiments in Israel and abroad. The role is based in Ashdod, with a planned future relocation of the site

- Study radar systems and their hardware, software, and algorithmic aspects.
- Develop tools for analyzing different radar systems.
- Conduct performance research on complex radar systems.
- Develop algorithms and simulation tools for advanced radar capabilities.
- Support experiments and testing in Israel and abroad.
דרישות
- A master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, electro-optics, computer science, physics, or mathematics.
- At least 5 years of experience in algorithms, systems engineering, or architecture.
- Strong mathematical and independent research abilities.
- Advanced technical English.
- Willingness to work in the field, including internationally.
יתרון
- A master’s degree in operations research.
- Advanced MATLAB knowledge.
- Experience with development and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of C or C++.
- Experience with Kalman filtering, tracking, or related methods.
- Technical documentation experience.
