Join a performance advertising technology company’s algorithms team in Tel Aviv. Build machine learning systems that optimize real-time bidding, pricing, auction outcomes, and advertiser performance at large scale.

- Design, train, and deploy models for bid optimization, price prediction, win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, calibration, and auction optimization
- Own the machine learning lifecycle from research and prototyping through deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization
- Build and evolve low-latency, high-throughput machine learning systems
- Analyze auction and marketplace data to identify modeling opportunities
- Translate marketplace goals into scalable machine learning solutions with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and technical investigations
דרישות
- 4+ years of experience building machine learning and deep learning solutions from research through production
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong foundations in machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling
- Experience with real-time bidding, programmatic advertising, pricing, or other large-scale optimization problems
- Strong Python or Java software engineering skills
- Experience developing scalable, high-performance production machine learning systems
