A telecommunications company is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to develop and integrate machine learning and deep neural network solutions into real-time Open RAN products. The role is based in Kfar Saba, Israel, and requires excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.

- Develop machine learning and deep neural network solutions for the radio access network domain.
- Create proof-of-concepts and demonstrate their advantages over standard industry algorithms.
- Lead the integration of developed algorithms into core technology and products.
- Collaborate with algorithm and engineering teams to implement machine learning solutions.

- At least 3 years of experience in machine learning and proficiency with deep neural networks.
- A proven record of developing and integrating AI/ML solutions into real-world systems.
- Experience delivering production-level machine learning solutions as a researcher or practitioner.
- Experience working with complex systems and applying data science methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with current machine learning and deep neural network technologies.
- A systematic problem-solving approach, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- M.Sc. in electrical engineering, computer science, or software engineering; outstanding B.Sc. graduates in these fields may also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
