Own the HR AI roadmap and governed data foundation, building AI agents, automations, and self-service data products while advising HR on responsible AI use.

- Own and prioritize the HR AI roadmap, including build-versus-buy and tool-selection decisions.
- Design, build, and launch AI agents, automations, and self-service data products.
- Define agent behavior, data access, success criteria, and standards for HR AI development.
- Own the governed HR data model and shared definitions for headcount, attrition, and organizational metrics.
- Define data access controls and ensure privacy, security, responsible-AI, and audit requirements are met.
- Advise HR teams on AI development and improve AI fluency through enablement and coaching.
- Represent HR technology in IT and business applications prioritization.
- Translate HR business needs into technical requirements and partner with IT on architecture and security.
דרישות
- At least 6 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field with substantial HR data exposure; significant experience leading HR data, analytics, or technology initiatives may also qualify.
- Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products, automations, or self-service solutions from concept through implementation.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and launching data products, automations, or AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Experience with modern AI technologies, such as LLM-based agents or enterprise AI assistants.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and business intelligence tools; Snowflake experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data structures, and APIs; HiBob experience is advantageous.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data and AI solutions and bridge HR and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.
