Experienced Data Scientist to lead price-floor optimization, build user LTV models, design experiments, and drive monetization strategies for a global technology platform. Requires strong causal inference, ad-tech domain expertise, and production ML experience.

- Design and build models for supply-side monetization optimization, user LTV, retention, and ARPU predictions.
- Analyze large-scale event data and maintain metric foundations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production.
- Communicate findings and business impact to stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Monitor industry trends in programmatic advertising and ad-tech.
דרישות
- 4+ years in data science/ML applied to revenue-facing domains such as ad-tech, programmatic monetization, or pricing.
- Strong causal inference and experimentation skills.
- Fluent SQL on large event datasets and hands-on Python for modeling.
- Solid grounding in ML including regression, tree-based models, online optimization, and bandits.
- In-depth understanding of supply-side programmatic advertising: RTB, auction mechanics, header bidding.
- Ability to design experiments measuring model effectiveness in production.
- Experience integrating models into production systems with engineering.
- Proven ability to architect and scale models for high-volume real-time event streams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to turn complex results into clear recommendations.
- Fluent English.

- Hands-on experience with publisher-side monetization/yield optimization or price-floor optimization.
- Familiarity with the Prebid stack (client & server).
- Subscription/membership/LTV modeling including retention and churn.
- Working knowledge of GA4/behavioral analytics and first-party identity resolution.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small data-science team.
