Research and improve the quality, reliability, and evaluation of production AI systems used in robotics and manufacturing simulations. The role combines data science, statistical experimentation, AI research, and hands-on work with agent-based systems. It is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo with a hybrid work

- Define metrics for AI stability, accuracy, and reliability
- Design evaluation frameworks for agents operating in robotics and simulation environments
- Build observability and tracing pipelines for AI system performance
- Analyze failure modes, hallucinations, and tool-calling accuracy
- Develop automated regression and benchmarking pipelines
- Conduct statistical analysis of AI interactions and task outcomes
- Research LLM evaluation methods, human validation, and domain-specific benchmarks
- Prototype agent workflows and comparison experiments
- Investigate AI reasoning and grounding for high-precision robotics tasks
- Document findings and present technical recommendations to stakeholders
דרישות
- Currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent experience in AI, data science, machine learning, computer science, statistics, or a related field, with at least two years remaining until graduation
- Strong background in data science, statistical analysis, and experiment design
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with LLM orchestration platforms such as LangChain, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI agent architectures
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to define AI quality metrics and use data to challenge technical decisions
