Lead the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of a data platform spanning data infrastructure, data warehouses, and machine learning platforms. Build scalable systems that support reliable analytics, production machine learning, and self-service access to data.

- Define the technical vision and architecture for data infrastructure, machine learning platform, and data warehouse teams
- Design and implement scalable data solutions for application and analytics needs
- Build ingestion layers, streaming ETL pipelines, and data quality and compliance capabilities
- Develop and maintain data warehouses integrating data from multiple sources
- Apply data modeling and transformations to structure, cleanse, and integrate data
- Build infrastructure and tools for machine learning development, deployment, maintenance, and improvement
- Collaborate with staff engineers, data engineers, data scientists, analysts, backend engineers, and product managers
- Mentor engineers and promote technical standards and engineering excellence
דרישות
- 8+ years of experience in data-related roles, including significant experience across at least two relevant data engineering or machine learning platform areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise designing and implementing data lakes and data warehouses
- Experience building large-scale batch-processing and streaming pipelines
- Proficiency with Python, Pulumi or Terraform, Apache Spark, AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Strong knowledge of SQL, schema design, query optimization, NoSQL databases, and data modeling
- Willingness to work in an office environment most days of the week
