- Design and implement scalable production data pipelines and microservices for high-volume customer data ingestion and transformation.
- Build and maintain reliable, secure, low-latency backend services and APIs.
- Develop and evolve data warehouse, orchestration, compute, and platform infrastructure.
- Automate recurring workflows and create robust self-service platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into platform features.
- Lead design reviews and code reviews while maintaining engineering quality standards.
- Use AI tools across scoping, design, implementation, and debugging.
- Own solutions end to end, from requirements gathering through production support.
דרישות
- 3+ years of experience building production backend services with Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems in AWS or other cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, query optimization, SQL, and large-scale datasets.
- Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks and orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- High English proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
