- Architect and build scalable data pipelines processing millions of events daily from multiple sources.
- Own data warehouse strategy end-to-end: reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Define event architecture and set standards for how the company captures and models product and business data.
- Build data quality practices including monitoring, validation, testing, and alerting.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to unlock data behind AI features, merchant analytics, and experimentation.
- Build self-service tooling for other teams to query and analyze data independently.
- Set the bar for data modeling, orchestration, and documentation across the organization.
דרישות
- 5-8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a track record of owning data infrastructure end-to-end.
- Deep experience designing and operating pipelines and warehouse architecture at scale.
- Hands-on expertise with Postgres and modern data warehouses (ClickHouse preferred).
- Experience with workflow orchestration for building observable, reliable pipelines (Temporal preferred).
- Strong TypeScript skills, with the ability to ship production-grade, well-tested code.
- Experience running services in containerized cloud environments (Kubernetes and AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with in-memory data stores and caching (Redis preferred).
- Sharp instincts for data modeling, event-driven architecture, and data quality.
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with comfort in ambiguous territory.
- Ability to translate infrastructure decisions into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
