  • Lead and mentor an engineering team building AI security products.
  • Translate business and customer requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Own product execution, quality, and delivery across endpoint and cloud environments.

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience using high-level programming languages.
  • Ability to make and guide technical decisions for complex systems.
  • Strong ownership, independence, and stakeholder management skills.

יתרון

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Background in cybersecurity or endpoint agent development.
  • Experience delivering customer-focused products in a fast-paced startup environment.
