Provide advanced technical support for enterprise customers using a cybersecurity platform focused on micro-segmentation and Zero Trust network security. Lead investigations, own issue resolution, and collaborate with engineering and other internal teams.

- Lead customer investigations involving micro-segmentation and Zero Trust products
- Serve as the primary technical contact for large enterprise customers
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Own technical issue resolution from investigation through closure
- Analyze complex technical problems and recommend preventative solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on customer issues
- Balance customer management with in-depth technical triage under pressure
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise technical support, escalation engineering, or technical account management
- Experience in cybersecurity or network infrastructure
- Expertise in Linux and Windows internals, system administration, and logging
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls
- Knowledge of modern security concepts, including micro-segmentation and Zero Trust
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerization, and API troubleshooting
- Experience working with support, engineering, research and development, and quality assurance teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
