Provide application and post-sale support for optical scanning systems used at customer sites. The role connects customer needs with R&D, manufacturing, and global technical teams, and includes occasional international travel.

- Communicate customer requirements to R&D from specification through final release.
- Define product properties, usability improvements, GUI changes, and new features through release.
- Analyze system application issues and provide ongoing customer support and training.
- Provide post-sale application support for optical scanning systems installed at customer sites.
- Support global technical teams and new and existing systems abroad.
- Write English-language support and training documentation.
- Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing teams.
דרישות
- BSc or practical engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- At least two years of experience as an integration, support, service, or application engineer in the semiconductor industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel abroad approximately one to two times per quarter when required.
