Provide global technical support for x-ray metrology systems used by semiconductor customers. Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain complex equipment while supporting field engineers, factory teams, service contracts, and new tool sales. The role is based in Israel and requires approximately 収

- Troubleshoot complex x-ray metrology system problems
- Install systems at customer facilities and complete installation tests
- Perform complex repairs and maintenance to keep equipment within specification
- Use electronic diagnostics and software tools for analysis and reporting
- Complete required service documentation and paperwork
- Support customers, field service engineers, factory teams, service contracts, and new tool sales
- Contribute to equipment improvement and team empowerment initiatives
- Conduct technical training and build trusted customer relationships
- Travel approximately 25–30% domestically and internationally
דרישות
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical engineering, physics, optics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- At least one year of experience as a support, service, application, process, or device engineer in the semiconductor industry
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to learn complex technical subjects quickly and work independently
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with data system hardware and standard operating systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice

- Experience with oscilloscopes and multimeters
