Customer Service Manager

Manage end-to-end technical and logistical service for customers, coordinating support, repairs, maintenance, shipments, and internal operational teams for defense systems.

- Provide technical responses and professional customer support with engineering and operations teams
- Manage and track customer equipment received for repair
- Plan materials and equipment for procurement and preventive maintenance
- Conduct regular customer calls, provide status updates, and support system availability
- Manage overseas shipments and coordinate with import and export functions
- Coordinate service delivery from product delivery through system end-of-life
- Collaborate with program management, integrated logistics support, engineering, production planning, procurement, quality, and subcontractors
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent practical engineering qualification
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive customer-oriented approach
יתרון
- Experience in an industrial company in operational or business functions
- Familiarity with UAV systems
- Practical engineering qualification in Industrial Engineering and Management
