Lead large-scale technical and transformation programs for public-sector customers in Israel. Partner with executives, AWS teams, and virtual delivery groups to drive cloud adoption, customer outcomes, and secure solution delivery.

- Lead technical and program management activities for major public-sector customers
- Advise customers on resource allocation and cloud transformation objectives
- Coordinate AWS teams and virtual delivery groups
- Engage customer executives and project teams to build stakeholder alignment
- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage critical issues
- Balance delivery trade-offs and drive secure, robust customer solutions
- Promote cloud adoption and help customers realize business value
דרישות
- At least 9 years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience with executives, technologists, or partners
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business, or an equivalent field
- Fluent spoken, written, and read English and Hebrew
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional groups
