A growing technology company is seeking an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to lead new business customers through implementation, onboarding, and go-live. The role combines technical understanding, project coordination, customer communication, and cross-functional delivery.

- Lead implementation and onboarding processes from contract closing through full handover
- Manage institutional customers and provide technical coordination between customers and internal technology teams
- Plan and coordinate kickoff meetings with customers and relevant sales, integration, and Customer Experience teams
- Understand customer business and technical needs and translate them into statements of work and clear implementation processes
- Create work plans with milestones, tasks, and timelines
- Coordinate development, integration, service, and support teams to keep delivery on track
- Perform quality checks, train customers, and support go-live through full system activation
- Maintain regular customer communication, status updates, issue resolution, and project documentation
- Transfer completed implementations to the Customer Success team, including knowledge and insights
דרישות
- At least one year of experience in implementation, onboarding, technical support, project coordination, or a similar role
- Technical background and familiarity with SaaS, telecommunications, CRM, or automation systems
- Ability to manage tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written Hebrew and English
- Strong organization, fast learning ability, interpersonal skills, and customer-service orientation
