Support customers throughout the end-to-end shipment process in a fast-paced international logistics environment based in Tel Aviv. Coordinate stakeholders, resolve queries, improve processes, and help strengthen customer relationships and retention.

- Manage and monitor the complete shipment lifecycle
- Coordinate stakeholders and orchestrate shipment flows
- Resolve customer, shipper, sales, and stakeholder queries promptly
- Provide business solutions using logistics and process knowledge
- Prepare accurate shipment documentation and status updates
- Identify preventive actions and reduce recurring errors
- Support cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention
- Follow customer, internal, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor customer KPIs and escalate operational difficulties
- Work with commercial teams to strengthen customer relationships
- Prepare reports and complete assigned operational tasks
דרישות
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Customer service experience with the ability to improve cross-functional processes
- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, questioning, and needs-assessment skills
- Ability to handle common customer objections and resolve issues effectively
- Self-motivated and performance-driven approach
