- Own strategic advisory, transaction, financing, and value-enhancement projects from assessment through execution and ongoing support.
- Manage daily interactions with business owners, executives, and CFOs, including information gathering, working meetings, and progress tracking.
- Analyze financial statements, historical performance, forecasts, cash flows, KPIs, value drivers, markets, competitors, trends, benchmarks, comparable companies, and transactions.
- Build financial and economic models in Excel.
- Evaluate strategic alternatives, opportunities, and risks, and develop recommendations and action plans with practice leaders.
- Support M&A, partnership, capital-raising, and financing transactions through analyses and preparation of transaction materials.
- Prepare strategic presentations, position papers, management documents, and other client deliverables, and present findings and recommendations.
- Mentor analysts and provide professional leadership as the practice expands.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in deal advisory, transaction services, corporate finance, M&A, valuation, business or strategic consulting, investment funds, family offices, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including understanding of financial statements, business operations, and financial modeling.
- Significant experience building financial models and conducting financial analyses in Excel.
- Ability to conduct independent research, manage large volumes of information, and derive business insights.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Master’s degree and/or CPA qualification.
