Lead customer-facing enterprise AI engagements from strategy and solution design through deployment, adoption, and measurable value realization. Advise senior stakeholders, coordinate delivery teams, and help organizations implement Salesforce-based agentic AI solutions.

- Own customer engagements across identification, commitment, deployment, and consumption stages
- Define AI strategies and roadmaps through design workshops, agent design sessions, and jobs-to-be-done analysis
- Architect solutions across agentic AI platforms, data platforms, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance
- Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communications, risk escalation, and progress reporting
- Drive customer adoption, consumption, expansion, and measurable value realization
- Coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers and align strategic planning with technical execution
- Develop customer solutions using AI-assisted development tools
- Act as the primary customer contact and communicate proposals, decisions, and outcomes in business terms
- Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation
- Synthesize customer insights into product feedback for the AI platform roadmap
דרישות
- At least 4 years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, enterprise delivery leadership, or program management for cloud or SaaS technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Required customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory work
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
- Experience leading complex engagements from discovery through measurable outcomes
- Experience designing AI or LLM solutions, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices
- Strong project and program management skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to customer sites
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce CRM
- Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated industries
- Salesforce or comparable platform certifications
- Background in change management, organizational design, or enterprise transformation
- Knowledge of NLP, retrieval-augmented generation, and model evaluation frameworks
