- Manage and control project quantities from design through completion.
- Prepare bills of quantities and perform cost calculations.
- Analyze variations and monitor project budgets.
- Manage commercial aspects of projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Experience preparing bills of quantities and controlling project budgets.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Experience working with subcontractors and clients.
- Understanding of contracts and project commercial matters.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Very good English for reading specifications and drawings and for daily communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and work under pressure.
יתרון
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or quantity surveying software.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering and management.
