Lead a team of 4–5 environment artists, coordinating production and ensuring game assets meet artistic and technical standards. Collaborate with the 3D Lead and international game teams.

  • Lead the environment team and coordinate daily tasks, priorities, and workloads
  • Track milestones and ensure timely delivery
  • Review assets, identify production issues, and provide actionable feedback
  • Coordinate progress and risks among environment artists, the 3D Lead, and cross-functional teams
  • Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and professional development

דרישות

  • Experience with environment asset modeling, texturing, and materials
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity and asset optimization
  • Ability to review assets against art and technical standards
  • Organized, proactive, collaborative, supportive, and detail-oriented
