- Lead and coordinate innovation projects from idea to market launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, marketing, and production
- Support sales activities such as conferences, trade fairs, and expert committees nationally and internationally

- Successfully completed degree in business administration, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- Experience in product management, ideally in construction chemicals or building materials
- Good written and spoken English skills combined with intercultural competence
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical understanding
