Head of User Acquisition / Publishing Director — North America
Lead the North American growth strategy for a portfolio of mobile sports games. Own user acquisition, publishing, budgets, partnerships, and regional revenue performance across live and upcoming titles.

- Own the North American user acquisition strategy across paid social, ad networks, DSPs, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels.
- Define media mix, budget allocation, and ROAS/CPI targets across the game portfolio.
- Lead creative strategy, including briefing, testing, and iteration of user acquisition creatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and publishing plans for launches, content updates, seasonal campaigns, and live operations events.
- Manage relationships with user acquisition agencies, influencers, key opinion leaders, and platform representatives.
- Coordinate with China-based marketing, product, and data teams on global strategy.
- Provide North American market intelligence for product roadmap and monetization decisions.
- Build the regional strategy, processes, and team while remaining accountable for revenue performance.

- At least 5 years of experience in mobile game marketing.
- Proven experience managing user acquisition and publishing strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the North American mobile gaming market and player acquisition landscape.
- Hands-on experience managing significant user acquisition budgets across multiple channels and titles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, set strategy, and take ownership of regional outcomes.
