Support inter-agency monitoring, evaluation, learning, data analysis and reporting for humanitarian and development coordination in Afghanistan. Strengthen results frameworks, data quality, reporting systems, dashboards and evidence-based decision-making.

- Coordinate inter-agency monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting activities
- Develop and maintain results frameworks, indicators, baselines, targets and monitoring systems
- Collect, validate, reconcile and analyse programme, results, financing and geographic data
- Prepare periodic and annual reports, briefing notes, presentations and analytical products
- Develop dashboards, maps, infographics, reporting templates and quality-assurance tools
- Support evaluations, reviews, evaluability assessments, terms of reference and management follow-up
- Advance common data standards, metadata, interoperability and data-sharing protocols
- Strengthen staff and partner capacity through guidance, training and technical support
- Contribute to strategic planning, trend analysis, foresight and country assessment updates
- Provide coordination and secretariat support to inter-agency working groups and track action points
דרישות
- Master’s degree or equivalent in monitoring and evaluation, statistics, economics, social sciences, public policy, development studies, data science or a related field; a first-level degree plus two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in programme monitoring and evaluation, results-based management, data collection and analysis, strategic planning or reporting
- Demonstrated experience developing results frameworks, indicators, monitoring and evaluation systems, and reporting or data-visualization tools

- Experience with UN INFO or comparable results-reporting platforms
- Experience with data-quality assurance and quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Experience in humanitarian, fragile or conflict-affected settings
- Familiarity with the humanitarian-development-peace nexus, inter-agency coordination, evaluations and strategic foresight
