Join a newly formed, autonomous studio developing mobile social-casino and sweepstakes games for the U.S. market. Analyze player and game data to guide product, monetization, retention, LiveOps, and compliance decisions.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze large and complex user and game datasets
- Translate game-economy, gameplay, operations, marketing, and LiveOps data into actionable recommendations
- Build and continuously improve dashboards and reporting
- Define and track business KPIs
- Design, run, and report on A/B tests for revenue, player experience, and feature launches
- Help select and implement analytics tools and practices
- Identify risks related to game economy, gameplay, and compliance
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience analyzing large, complex datasets
- Hands-on experience working on live game projects
- Background in casual or social-casino mobile games, preferably for tier-one markets or the U.S.
- Strong understanding of social-casino business models and compliant sweepstakes frameworks
- Ability to connect analysis with retention, monetization, LTV, gameplay, economic-inflation, and compliance outcomes
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Excel, and ETL
- Experience designing and completing A/B tests from planning through implementation and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, physics, industrial engineering, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field
- Fluent English
