Responsabilidades
- Analyze sales, contact-center, and business and risk model performance data.
- Generate business insights to increase activity and improve profitability.
- Translate complex data into clear conclusions for senior leadership.
- Analyze the unit’s marketing and risk performance to support safe credit portfolio growth.
- Work with SQL, reports, and dashboards.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering and management, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in an analytical role.
- Practical SQL experience.
- Experience with marketing analytics in digital and marketing environments.
- Strong analytical ability and business-oriented thinking.
- Ability to present data and insights clearly and persuasively.
