We are seeking a Senior Architect with at least five years of experience in BIM modeling and Autodesk Revit. The role focuses on architectural modeling, construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and BIM quality standards.
Responsabilidades
- Develop architectural models and construction documents in Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary engineering teams and resolve BIM conflicts.
- Review and validate BIM models for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure designs comply with architectural standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Revit and BIM processes.
- Participate in project meetings and provide architectural input and BIM progress updates.
- Help develop and implement BIM standards and protocols.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least five years of professional architecture experience focused on BIM modeling.
- Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
