Seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, team coordination, cost control, and compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Full-time position in Lafayette, LA.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare project proposals.
- Manage projects to completion according to scope, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Outline tasks and delegate accordingly.
- Identify delivery concerns early and develop corrective action plans.
- Develop and enforce communication protocols for project personnel.
- Ensure record-keeping procedures are followed.
- Control costs through economical utilization of personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Act as liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, and contractual regulations.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5–12 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of contract preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to execute contracts and manage projects within budget.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn project management software.
