Lead construction projects through all phases: preconstruction, construction, and closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams. Oversee design, bidding, and construction oversight. Mentor staff and support business development.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as primary client liaison, assisting with all project-related decisions.
- Plan, organize, and direct project management functions across preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases.
- Manage the contractor from buyout through procurement, risk management, quality assurance, and safety.
- Maintain and produce cost and status reports aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and mentor project support staff (Project Engineers and Administrators).
- Contribute to business development and financial management activities.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management across various building types.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, numeracy, and financial management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
