Seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas for a voice AI platform serving eCommerce and healthcare brands. Define direction, shape solutions, and drive execution to improve automation, retention, and customer experience. On-site in Marina del Rey, CA.
Responsabilidades
- Own defined product areas end to end, from direction to execution
- Define and prioritize features for core voice experiences and automation capabilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and impact
- Meet with customers to demonstrate how to increase phone automation over time
- Partner with Engineering on priorities, detailed specs, and QA
- Align with Marketing on feature launches and customer targeting
- Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the product
Requisitos
- Experience building products where system behavior is critical to success
- Outcome-oriented mindset focused on revenue, retention, and efficiency
- Comfortable with products combining software, data, and AI behavior
- Strong intuition for systems, APIs, and product constraints (latency, reliability, scale)
- Experience with AI, automation, or complex workflow products
- Ability to design experiences for high-stakes user actions (payments, cancellations, scheduling)
- Highly data-driven with a focus on measurable metrics
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, defining problems before solving them
