Seeking a Product Manager to shape the evolution of an AI platform for professional services. You will work at the intersection of customers, engineering, and go-to-market to define product strategy, prioritize roadmap, and measure success in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsabilidades
- Talk to customers regularly to uncover workflow pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities to unlock more value
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and leadership
- Work closely with deployment strategists to translate field insights into product improvements
- Instrument product usage and analyze data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
- Partner with go-to-market on positioning, demos, and launch readiness
- Identify opportunities to expand the platform's footprint across new artifact types, use cases, and customer segments
Requisitos
- 2–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write specs and present to executives
- Comfort with technical concepts and ability to engage in engineering conversations
- Experience using data to drive product decisions

- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, NetSuite, Workday) or implementation workflows
- Background in consulting, professional services, or solutions engineering
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Exposure to AI/ML products and their deployment in enterprise contexts
