Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas at a large commercial property, with additional cleaning and general upkeep duties. The role is primarily outdoors and may include weekend work.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain trash control across the property
- Remove graffiti and gum from sidewalks
- Clean offices, break rooms, restrooms, and other common areas
- Wipe down trash cans, planters, and architectural fixtures
- Report observed property issues to the supervisor
- Maintain job-related tools and equipment
- Use required personal protective equipment
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as directed
- Work assigned schedules, including weekends when needed
Requisitos
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Required English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Ability to work independently and check work for quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and handle equipment for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and organized
