A public-sector technology organization is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to build, enhance, deploy, and support mission-critical enterprise imaging applications and web services.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, enhance, deploy, and support enterprise imaging applications and web services
- Provide hands-on coding and technical mentorship for mission-critical systems
- Analyze, design, maintain, and optimize database solutions for Windows and web applications
- Assess system architecture and infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Implement application security, compliance controls, and quality-assurance measures
- Support integrations with enterprise content management, document, mail, and agency systems
- Create and maintain technical specifications, program documentation, and operating procedures
- Assist with architecture for complex, high-volume, agency-wide applications
- Provide technical support to developers, support teams, and end users
- Lead or supervise technical teams temporarily when required
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, human-computer interaction, interactive media, digital or graphic design, data visualization, communication, or a related field, plus four years of relevant full-time experience; equivalent education and experience combinations may qualify
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, and object-oriented development
- Experience developing and supporting web applications, services, and integrations
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2, including tables, views, queries, stored procedures, and query-performance analysis
- Understanding of software development life cycle standards, application security, quality assurance, and Agile practices

- Experience with enterprise content management development
- Experience modernizing .NET Framework applications
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools
- Experience with Azure, DevOps, or Agile delivery
- Strong technical documentation, communication, and presentation skills
