Ubisoft is hiring a Junior QA Specialist for its UX Requirements Team in Kyiv. The role focuses on testing user experience requirements across PC, console, and cloud gaming platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct epilepsy, sound, and input-lag testing using dedicated software and hardware
- Verify game compliance with applicable user experience guidelines
- Test games across PC, Luna, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch platforms
- Investigate, reproduce, report, and track user experience issues
- Support production teams with bug fixes and UX-related feature implementation
- Plan and coordinate tests, assess project risks, and maintain test coverage
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and other stakeholders on project status and quality
- Create project documentation and reports
Requisitos
- Strong motivation to develop a career in the video game industry
- Upper-intermediate English or higher, spoken and written
- Knowledge of software testing theory
- Good knowledge of PC and console hardware
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of gated project management workflows
- Experience with issue and project tracking systems such as Jira
- Good communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactivity, multitasking, adaptability, and resourcefulness
