Responsabilidades
- Translate business briefs into analytical projects, hypotheses, and clear output plans
- Analyze data from multiple large-scale warehouses and present statistically rigorous findings
- Identify growth opportunities across the supply organization and wider business
- Lead analytical initiatives that improve supply decisions and organizational efficiency
- Scale the use of data, insights, and intelligence across Supply
- Automate manual operational processes and measure time savings
- Work directly with supply partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requisitos
- 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, insights, strategy, or business intelligence
- Advanced hands-on SQL experience
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
- Expertise with Excel and Python or R
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, finance, or another quantitative field
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning techniques, including hypothesis testing and regression
- Experience conducting A/B tests and experiments
- Strong data interpretation and business recommendation skills
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
- Strong communication, prioritization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Se valora
- MBA or master’s degree in a quantitative subject
- Program management certification such as PMI or PRINCE2
- Experience with Asian markets
- Travel, e-commerce, technology, or consulting experience
