Lead quality management system implementation, audits, process definition and continuous improvement across a multidisciplinary automotive engineering organization. Collaborate with internal teams, customers and suppliers to maintain compliant, effective processes and qualified work products.
Responsabilidades
- Define cross-company quality processes with relevant stakeholders and monitor effectiveness through agreed KPIs.
- Conduct internal assessments and support external assessments.
- Create templates and provide training and coaching on processes, best practices and correct tool usage.
- Develop quality work plans and measurable goals with management.
- Present quality performance and goal achievement during Quality Management Reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement using lessons learned and collected factual data.
- Support quality-related issues involving customers and suppliers.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, mathematics or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing QMS standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 in large multidisciplinary hardware and software organizations.
- At least 5 years of experience conducting internal audits according to ISO 19001.
- Experience with information systems such as PLM, ALM and Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal Hebrew and English.
- Strong organization, process orientation, follow-up skills and ability to manage complex parallel tasks with diverse technical stakeholders.
Se valora
- Experience with Agile PLM and Polarion ALM.
- Knowledge of automotive standards including IATF 16949, VDA and AIAG.
- Knowledge of safety-related standards including ISO 13485, AS9100 and DO-178/DO-254.
- Experience in software development organizations.
