Lead operational excellence and transformation initiatives at a manufacturing plant in Ramat HaSharon. Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, service, processes, management routines, and organizational culture.
Responsabilidades
- Lead teams in improving plant performance across safety, quality, efficiency, and service
- Lead and manage plant transformation focused on process optimization and continuous improvement
- Coordinate the plant transformation program and track its progress
- Provide regular updates and feedback to plant and divisional teams
- Serve as the subject-matter authority for operational excellence methodologies
- Build operational excellence capabilities among plant employees
- Review key plant performance indicators and identify waste and improvement opportunities
- Establish management routines and participate in plant and divisional status reviews
- Continuously evaluate and improve plant processes
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams and managing people
- At least 3 years of experience leading change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodology
- Operational experience
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal Hebrew and English
Se valora
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering and management, business administration, or organizational consulting
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, or supply chain
