In this role, you will manage HR operations in Israel, including employee lifecycle administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will act as a subject matter expert, optimize processes, and support the global HR team. This is a full-time position based in Tel Aviv.
Responsabilidades
- Administer all employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, including paperwork and HRIS data integrity.
- Manage payroll through a third-party vendor, including submission, review, and troubleshooting.
- Handle cyclical processes such as compensation events and salary reviews.
- Administer local benefit plans and manage renewals and queries.
- Support mobility and relocations to and from Israel.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Israel HR operations and employment legislation.
- Identify and implement HR operations process improvements.
- Support HR projects and programmes.
- Manage HR events and track HR activity.
Requisitos
- Solid HR experience at HR Manager level.
- Proven experience managing HR operations in Israel.
- Strong local employment law knowledge.
- Track record of optimizing processes and ensuring compliance.
- Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob preferred).
- Professional level English.
- High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a global multinational environment.
